1. TrendReader Express Overview

TrendReader Express is an easy-to-use software for retrieving, displaying, storing and analyzing data from ACR JR. and

Nautilus data loggers. This software also supports the older series ACR JR., Bottle Logger and Autoclave Logger.

1.1. Working with TrendReader Express

TrendReader Express is a user-friendly software that allows you to immediately perform data logging functions with little

technical background.

Entry level users will be pleased to know that we have provided a Quick Manual to help you get started immediately.

Intermediate users will appreciate the data retrieval, advanced graphing, zooming, data management and enhanced data

export capability.

Advanced users will benefit from TrendReader Express ability to export to TrendReader Standard for data management,

graphing and other advanced functions.

1.2. Warranty Information

ONE YEAR WARRANTY

ACR warrants that it shall use reasonable commercial efforts to resolve any problem with the Software of which you notify

ACR during the warranty period that precludes the Software from operating substantially in accordance with its

Documentation. The warranty period for the Software is one year. Unless you acquired the Software from an authorized

ACR Reseller ("Reseller"), the warranty period commences on the date of shipment of the Software from ACR's facility. If

you bought the Software media from a Reseller, we will delay the commencement of the warranty until the date the

Software was shipped to you by the Reseller, PROVIDED THAT WITHIN 90 DAYS OF THE SOFTWARE BEING

SHIPPED TO YOU, YOU OR THE RESELLER PROVIDE US WITH THE SERIAL NUMBER OF THE SOFTWARE,

YOUR NAME, AND THE DATE OF SHIPMENT. In no event shall ACR be responsible for any problem with the Software

if the problem is due to: a modification of the Software, its use in association with software or hardware (other than

software or hardware with which the documentation specifically indicates it is compatible), its utilization in a manner or for
